PAYMENTS AND RATES

All services will always be paid in advance, except for the free trial class.
When you book the classes and make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Mi teacher D'ele is not responsible for any additional bank charges.
Confirmation of the date and time of the classes will only be made when the payment has been made.
There are no refunds of money, but there are changes of classes.
All class packages expire 6 months from the day of purchase.
Mi Teacher D'ele reserves the right to increase its rates, always notifying the increase in advance.

Cancellations and changes of classes must always be made at least 24 hours in advance by email.
If you notify of a cancellation or a class change less than 24 hours in advance, the class will be considered paid.
If you do not attend class, the class will be considered paid.

The trial class is completely free and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The trial class does not require you to hire more classes.
The trial class is not mandatory. You can hire the classes directly, without taking the trial class.
In case you need to cancel or reschedule the trial class, it is necessary to notify you 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The teacher will inform about holidays in advance.
In case of illness of the teacher, the canceled class may be taught at another time or, if you prefer, the money will be returned.
